ICS membership agreement On taking up membership of International Club of Skåne, hereafter called ICS, members understand, accept and agree without reserve: 1. That ICS is a non-profit organisation and promise therefore not to use the name of ICS, its publications, its website or the members’ association with ICS in connection with any commercial undertaking. This includes not distributing, outside ICS,any list of contact details such as e-mail addresses. 2. To support the goals and purposes of ICS. 3. That ICS is solely an intermediary in the arrangement of activities and therefore members personally are morally and financially responsible to the host or venue for bookings they may make on their own behalf or on behalf of others. 4. To allow ICS to publish their names, telephone numbers, address, e-mail, country of origin, countries lived in, languages spoken, birthday (day and month of adults, plus year of birth of children ) on the members-only pages of our website, as well as in any other members-only connection. Any objection to this must be made in writing to the ICS membership co-ordinator immediately upon joining ICS. 5.
